Information used for your order
We collect the name, Saudi mobile number, delivery address and order details you provide to prepare, deliver and support your purchase. Email is optional unless required for a client code. A map pin and delivery notes are optional.
Payment and service providers
Moyasar processes payment details. Joud Lara stores the payment reference and status, and may receive the card network and last four digits; it does not store the full card number or CVV. Order details are used by our hosting, order notification and delivery services where needed to fulfil the order.
Your browser and optional services
Your browser stores cart contents, language preference and information needed to continue an order. Opening the map loads tiles from OpenStreetMap. Using WhatsApp, SPL or your email application takes you to an external service with its own privacy practices.
