Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Available pieces are made to order within 7 days of confirmation. Allow approximately 3 additional days for delivery. Delivery is currently complimentary within Riyadh. Contact us if you need help with a delivery date.

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

To exchange a piece, contact us at joudlarafam@gmail.com with your order number and preferred size. We will confirm whether the replacement can be made and its timing before arranging the exchange.

Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is defective. We cover exchange shipping within Saudi Arabia.

If you receive a defective or incorrect piece, contact us as soon as you notice the issue with your order number and photos so we can arrange a resolution. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear may vary by bank.
